Howard Abramsohn, DPM
Podiatrist Howard Abramsohn, DPM is a highly accomplished podiatric physician and board-certified surgeon with 45 years of experience.
Dr. Abramsohn began his post-secondary education at Brooklyn College where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree. He continued on to attend medical school at the New York College Of Podiatric Medicine in Manhattan, where he earned a Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine in 1975. He then completed a surgical residency at Kensington Hospital in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Abramsohn is board certified with the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and is a Fellow in the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons. He is affiliated with Virtua Voorhees Hospital in Voorhees Township, NJ. He became board certified in 1982, and has become a true expert at these types of precision procedures in the decades since. He also specializes in laser surgery for the painless treatment of warts and other skin growths, as well as extracorporeal shockwave therapy for painful, biomechanical, and orthopedic foot and ankle conditions.
